Log in with your netadmin account’s credentials (usually net admin-LocationNumber). Do not use the full email address.
At the top-left, click Devices section.
In the Search field, leave blank.
Make sure Mobile Devices is selected in the dropdown.
Click Search. This will search for all mobile devices enrolled in your console.
Access iPadOS/tvOS Update Options
At the bottom-right, clickAction.
SelectSend Remote Commands.
ClickNext.
SelectUpdate OS Versions on supervised devices.
ClickNext.
Update Devices
CheckUpdate iOS Version.
SelectLatest version based on device eligibility.
Select a desired iOS Update Action:
Download the update for users to install – This option will download the update to the devices in the background. Once downloaded, it will prompt the user to update at their descretion. This prompt will repeatedly appear at different intervals until the user clicks Install and the update is applied.
Download and install the update, and restart devices after installation – This option will download the update to the devices in the background. Once downloaded, the device will automatically reboot and begin the update process without user interaction.
